Chapter 01
Strictly necessary
These are always on, because the site cannot work without them:
- better-auth session cookies (set by rooplace.com, 7 days): keep you signed in.
- cc_cookie (6 months): remembers your cookie choice.
- Cloudflare security cookies such as __cf_bm (30 minutes) and the Turnstile check on the sign-in form: protect the site from bots and attacks.
Chapter 02
Stored in your browser
Your theme choice (light, dark or system) is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Your language is part of the page address, so no cookie stores it.
Chapter 03
Advertising
The site shows no ads at the moment. If ads are turned on later, Google AdSense will set its cookies only after you accept them in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil. We will update this page and ask for your choice again before that happens.
Chapter 04
Analytics
Google Analytics counts visits with the cookies _ga (2 years), which tells one visitor from another, and _ga_* (2 years), which keeps the state of the visit. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil it loads only after you accept analytics cookies; in other countries it starts on. You can reject or withdraw it in Cookie settings in the footer.

Managing cookies
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional cookies at any time; rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in needs the session cookie.
